A Pulsonics account is an organisation - a hospital, clinic, practice or department - not an individual person. Staff accounts inside it are created and removed by the organisation's administrators.
Delete it in the app: Settings > Organisation > Organisation setup > Delete tenant. This removes the organisation's user accounts, so nobody can sign in to it any more.
Or ask us: write to info@pulsonics-emr.com from an administrator's e-mail address and name the organisation. To have the data that remains erased as well, say so in the same message. Clinical records your organisation is required by law to keep are its responsibility; tell us how you want them handled.
Ask your organisation's administrator. They can disable or remove your account. Your organisation decides about the data it holds about you, including requests to erase it, because it is responsible for that data.

Für Behandlungsdokumentation, die Ihre Organisation gesetzlich aufbewahren muss, ist sie selbst verantwortlich; teilen Sie uns mit, wie damit verfahren werden soll.
Wenden Sie sich an den Administrator Ihrer Organisation. Er kann Ihr Konto deaktivieren oder entfernen. Ihre Organisation entscheidet über die Daten, die sie über Sie verarbeitet, einschließlich Löschanfragen, weil sie für diese Daten verantwortlich ist.
